A closer look at the Smart Table

The rails and tracks of the Smart Table are made of very strong and flexible ABS Plastic. It withstands abuse and will not dent or break. The support strength comes from the wood. All hardware is zinc plated, and of high quality. The hardware is carefully selected to secure the tracks to the top and protect both from damage.

The ideal material support system for cutting, gluing, drilling, routing, assembling, clamping, pocket holes, etc.

One bad thing brings another...

Before we even start cutting, we need find a way to adequately support the wood or the panel. The wrong material support "system" (Sawhorses, garbage cans, rocks, foam on the floor, our knees) will bring the wrong results.
The right material support system is the very first step to safety, ease and quality. The EZ Smart way. Cutting on the floor and crawling on top of the panels...is not EZ Smart.. or Safe, or fast to say the least.
By properly supporting the material to be cut, we minimize the binding of the blade which, in turn, results in chips and kickbacks, which in turn, results in a bad job and potential accidents. The wrong material support system will create an avalanche of problems.

  • It will allow you to cut anywhere without straining your back, without having to hold the cut (drop) piece, and without having to handle the panel so many times.
  • Even if you have the most expensive saw with the best blade & the best guide system(the EZ Smart guide system), it won't help you if your material is improperly supported.
