108" TSSTotal control, that's what the EZ Smart Routing Kit can do for your router. Control the router as you move in any axis, along with precision, versatility, and safety in a new patented design.
Your circular saw moves in a straight line along the EZSMART Guide Rail, the cut is clean and right on the mark. That's what you notice the first time you use an EZSMART Track Saw System. It makes you feel confident and safe. Use your own circular saw with an EZSMART Universal Saw Base and Guide Rail. You can make long precise rip cuts, cross cuts, and angle cuts. The wood is captive under the track and as a result there is no danger of kickback. The saw follows the track and puts you in complete control. The track has an EZSMART Anti-Chip Edge on both sides providing more versatility. The EZSMART Universal Saw Base also has an EZSMART Anti-Chip Insert to produce smooth edges on both sides of the cut. Smart clamps are included with this system and they turn your EZSMART Track Saw System into a sawing center. One real test of a track is how well it performs on small and narrow boards. There are many cuts too wide for your miter saw, and they are too long to do by hand. The low profile, adjustable EZSMART Clamps secure the small boards under the track in any position you need to make your cut. The EZSMART Track Saw System is available in lengths from 36" to 54". One great thing about the EurekaZone Track Saw System is that no matter which system you start with it will be compatible and interchangeable with the larger units and packages available from Eurekazone. You can also grow with your EZSMART Track System, and it can also grow with you!
With this accessory and your router attached to the track, you have complete control of your router. A router is one of the most versatile power tools available, and to unleash the full potential you need to be able to control the power of the spinning bit. The Routing Kit allows you to make straight and uniform fluted columns, long and clean dado cuts, precise sliding dovetails, repeatable mortise and tenon joinery, sweeping arcs, and some have even used it as a duplicator for odd-shaped pieces.
The Routing Kit guides the router parallel to the track (the X-axis) and utilizes (optional) precision limit stops for repeat work. The same applies for work perpendicular to the track (the Y-axis...Standard throw =10.75 inches,** can custom fabricate up to 48 inches if required**) where the Routing Kit employs its own section of track to guide the router using more (optional) precision limit stops. There is another axis of movement available, the Z-axis. The height of the router is adjustable to enable the operator to rout in multiple planes.
